How do I print or archive a record?

The buttons for editing, archiving and printing a record are located under the client's name and profile photo. Visit the following article to learn how to edit a record.


Archiving a record

  1. To archive an inactive case, click Archive Case.
  2. Take into consideration that you will not be able to archive records that have active referrals.

Unarchiving a record

  1. To reactivate and unarchive a record, find the Case Manager section in the main menu, which will take you to the case management portal.
  2. Press the red Unarchive button (with a box symbol), located to the right of the Search button.
  3. Press the Unarchive Case button corresponding to the record of your interest.

Printing a record

  1. To print a digital record, click Print Case Profile.
  2. Follow the printing instructions.
