      How do I view, edit, or delete a consent form?

      To view, edit, or delete an informed consent, go to the Consents tab in the Settings section. and follow the following steps.

       

      Viewing the content of a consent form:

      1. Press the corresponding Options button.
      2. Press Details.

       

      Editing the content of a consent form:

      1. Press the corresponding Options button.
      2. Press Modify.
      3. After modifying the document, click Update.

       

      Deleting a consent form:

      1. Press the corresponding Options button.
      2. Press Delete.
