What is a Community Provider?

Community Providers contribute to the integral development of communities, identifying and attending to the needs of people with the purpose of improving their health and quality of life.

At Sociants, we use the term Community Provider to refer to any entity or organization (for profit or non-profit) that registers for free on our platform to provide social assistance services to individuals with needs that are referred by other Providers.

Being a Community Provider allows organizations to:

  • Access the Directory of Community Providers
  • Receive and respond to social assistance referrals
  • Use the digital survey tool
  • Free access to resources and user guides

By actively using Sociants' platform, Community Providers have the ability to create strategic alliances with other entities and channel social assistance referrals. On the one hand, this contributes to increasing the level of impact of your organization and, on the other, it strengthens the social care system in the country.
