How do I create, modify, or eliminate an inventory?

In Sociants, organizations have the ability to identify the inventory of products and services that they have at their disposal to provide social assistance to their participants. Resources can be assigned to each program and managed independently.

 

Creating an inventory of resources:

  1. In the Settings section of the main menu, click on the Programs tab.
  2. Press the Options button corresponding to your program and select Resources.
  3. A window titled Create Inventory will pop up. Write the name of the product or service you offer.
  4. Select the type of inventory:
    1. Product - For example, adult diapers
    2. Service - For example, psychotherapy
  5. Optional: Determine the category (social determinant), specific need and keywords associated with the resource.
  6. If the resource is a product, enter the number of units you have available.
  7. Press Create.

All set! Your program inventory has been successfully registered on Sociants.

 

Updating an inventory:

Options > Resources > Details > Update > Update

 

Deleting an inventory:

Options > Resources > Details > Remove > OK
