How can I recover or change my password?

There are two ways to change your Sociants user account password.

Case 1: I forgot my password

If you forgot your password and can't log in to the platform, follow the steps below to recover it.

1. Visit the Login page.
2. Click I forgot my password.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Reset password.
5. An email has been sent to you with instructions to follow.
6. Open the link provided in the email.
7. Enter and confirm your new password.
8. Click Update.

Done! Your password has been successfully updated.

Case 2: I want to update my password

To update your password from your Sociants user account, follow these steps:

1. Visit the My Account section in the main menu.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Type your current password, followed by the new password.
4. Click Change.

Done! Your password has been successfully updated.
