How do I register an organization?

Registering your organization on Sociants is easy! You just need to follow the following steps, depending on whether or not your organization already exists on Sociants.

 

Case 1: Claiming an organization that is already listed on Sociants

  1. Open the Sociants Login page on your browser.
  2. Click Register a new membership.​
  3. Create your user account. Fill in your information and choose the Organization role.​
  4. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and click Register.​ This step will take you to a page titled Community Provider Registration.
  5. Type the name of your organization on the white bar and press Enter.​ Search for your organization within the list​ that is provided.​
    1. If your organization is not on the list, click Create new organization (Refer to Case 2).
  6. Review and update your organization's basic information.
  7. Click Save Account to submit your registration request.

All set! Within the next 48 hours, a Sociants representative will review and approve your request. Once your registration request is approved, you will receive a welcome email from Sociants!

Case 2: Registering your organization on Sociants for the first time

  1. Carry out steps #1-5 of Case 1.
  2. If your organization is not listed on Sociants, click Create new organization.
  3. Add the required information about your organization.
  4. Click Save Account to submit your registration request.

All set! Within the next 48 hours, a Sociants representative will review and approve your request. Once your registration request is approved, you will receive a welcome email from Sociants!
