How do I suggest a new organization to Sociants?

If you wish, you can share with our team at Sociants any recommendation of community providers and entities that provide social assistance services in Puerto Rico. This helps us expand our social collaboration networks and increase the chances of effectively matching a referral.

Recommend a Community Provider

1. Go to the Community Provider Directory.
2. Click the Suggest a Community Provider button, located at the top right corner of the page.
3. Fill out the form with the following information about the community provider:
   1. Name
   2. E-mail
   3. Phone number
   4. Organization type
   5. Region
   6. Do they receive referrals?
   7. Contact person
   8. Contact person’s email
4. Click Submit.
