The Referral Management Portal is the section where you will find the list of referrals that your organization has sent and received. Here you will be able to monitor the status of your referrals and communicate through notes with the community providers to whom you have referred.
To access the Referral Management Portal, go to Sociants’ main menu and press Referrals. To view your sent or received referrals, find the dropdown list at the top left side of the page and select Sent or Received, respectively.
